Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in Schools
Would you feel your school benefit from having a service that helps manage with pupils anxiety?
Raj Bassi currently works as a CBT therapist contracted to work within a school and has her own private practice where she provides one to one therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
The role in schools involves working alongside the Headmaster and pastoral care services supporting children with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger and defiant behaviour. Evidence based interventions are used offering flexibility to each child’s needs.

“A child’s mental health could be negatively impacted by a number of things. It could be down to pressure of exams or tests, family problems or even difficulty in making friends at school."
