We offer face to face cognitive behavioural therapy for children and adolescents. CBT helps teens understand how feelings impact thoughts and actions, by receiving emotional support they learn to reverse negative patterns of thinking.

Children and adolescents learn self-help techniques, increasing their self-esteem resulting to improved performance at school, home and in social situations.
